Our vision is to facilitate a future where Black women are fairly represented in senior leadership roles

We host quarterly events with our corporate partners focused on supporting Black women in middle management and above roles.

Our events are free and open to Black women from all industries!

Members of the ladder club receive:

  • Early access (24 hours before general release) to networking event tickets

  • Monthly newsletter sharing professional opportunities and network updates

  • Access to volunteering/speaking opportunities through outreach programme
