The ladder club launch event
On 22nd November we welcomed 50 Black women to the ladder club launch event!
The ladder club’s vision is to create a future where senior Black women are no longer the only one or one of few in the workplace. It has been incredible to witness the community grow to over 100 members across 30 industries in just over one month!
Our launch evening was centred around an inspiring panel discussion for our community members, creating space for open discussion under Chatham House rules. A special thank you to our panellists:
